A small team reads every email and usually replies within a day.
What we can help with
- Trouble signing in, syncing across devices, or restoring purchases.
- A scanned vaccination card or product label Ori isn't reading correctly — send the photo and we'll look.
- Subscription, billing, or refund questions for Ori+.
- Bug reports — the more specific the better. Screenshots help.
- Feature requests, feedback on what's working or not, and anything that confused you.
- Account deletion or data export questions.
Ori is not a vet
If your pet needs medical attention, call your vet or your nearest emergency clinic. Ori is a companion that helps you think through the next decision — it doesn't replace veterinary care. If something is genuinely urgent, please don't wait on email.
